I weighed myself this morning, and the scale says:
219.4 lbs.
So, I have apparently dropped another 3 pounds since the last time I posted my weight. Cool stuff! I am looking forward to getting to 200 lbs, which will put me in the ~50% of my goal weight area (I am shooting for somewhere in the 175-180 lb range – if I don’t add any muscle from where I am now – which is likely not the case since I will begin to incorporate weightlifting after my stress test next week).
