Ok, I have a slacker confession to make. I didn’t do the Pilates ab workout last night. I did however feel guilty enough that I pulled out my exercise mat and did situps for about a minute. It helped asuage the guilt a little bit.
As for today, my knee felt mildly sore, but not as bad as yesterday; so I went for my workout this morning. I made a big change to my intervals today. My walk/run intervals today were:
1/4, 1/4, 1/4, 1/10, 4/0
That’s right, I ran 10 minutes straight this morning!!! I am so pumped!
